Jigsaw Creative Care provides respite care services for adults with learning disabilities, as well as accommodation and personal care for up to 3 people at any one time.
During its last inspection, the CQC had concerns about premises and documentation within people’s care files, so they widened the inspection to look at effectiveness, caring and responsiveness.
